This jeopardy style game show provides the audience with basic information about:

  • Prevention of injury and illness
  • Alcohol use, misuse and abuse
  • Sexual transmitted diseases
  • Drug use, misuse and abuse
  • Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)

Paws, Stop and Unwind
Balancing coursework, employment and family responsibilities can be stressful. This program educates participants on the body’s respond to stress and provides techniques to help manage time and stress.
Time needed: One hour

Personal Touch
Most breast cancers are found in women who are 50 years old or older, but breast cancer also affects younger women. About 11 percent of all new cases of breast cancer in the United States are found in women younger than 45 years of age. This program will teach individuals how to conduct a self breast exam, identify a lump and raise awareness about the importance of regular self exams.
Time needed: One hour

What’s TSE?
TSE is an abbreviation for testicular self exam. Most testicular cancers can be found at an early stage, and a lump on the testicle is the first symptom. Sometimes the testicle is swollen or larger than normal without a lump. This program will teach individuals how to conduct a testicular self exam, identify a lump and raise awareness about the importance of regular self exams.
