Outreach & Education Programs

Programs By Request
Student Health Promotion offers a wide range of programs by request, facilitated by trained Peer Health Educators or professional staff. Our program are designed to be both engaging and educational. Our small workshop style program allow for more interaction and address the top health concerns of Georgia State University students. By working with a smaller group of students, we can have more in-depth discussions around the health concerns of students. Programs are typically requested by student organizations, department and course instructors.

Programs should be requested a minimum of two weeks prior to the requested date. Our staff will attempt to accommodate requests. programs by request typically last one hour. We will bring all materials needed to facilitate the program, but may need the requester to provide audiovisual equipment (laptop, projector and screen). Once you submit a program request form our staff will contact you to coordinate the event and confirm our participation. Select a topic below to review our current programs.
